Treasure Passages

[:1]I just discovered a treasure passage for the first time tonight. WOOOT!!!

Love the $! I must have horrible luck spawning random events because I've got over 500 hours playing!

At last...at last.

Gotta love a little scratch! |||That's weird, I can't seem to sneeze without bumping into passages. Even got a triple-stack of passages the other night (one passage leading to another, leading to another).

Nice to see random folks still playing this. So few action rpgs these days.|||I clearly have bad bad luck. Oh well....maybe my luck is turning around.

I got a second treasure passage last night along with a normal passage, then an elite passage! Four in one playing session might be nothing to others, but to me its just awesome since I've been finding zero! I think the elite and treasure ones are the best, but I was suprised to find the treasure one had no monsters. It was a great place to rest, heal up and resummon without going back to town. Not to mention the $ were sweeet!

Anyway, I love playing Hellgate London SP! Its a lot of fun and its a nice break from Mass Effect. Those are the main 2 I've been playing right now, but occasionally I'll go back to UFO Extraterrestrials when I want a little more strategy gaming.

So many good games, so little time... |||I only run across a few with each character. Maybe I miss them. I am not one to linger. I tend to run in, blow things up and keep running.|||There aren't any Treasure/Elite/Hidden passages during the early parts of the game so that could be why you're only just now running into them if you've really only just started playing. The further in you get the more commonly you'll see them. |||I've played 2 different versions of hellgate, one the original, had tons and tons of treasure caves, I had a 1 in 5 chance of getting both a Hellgate and a treasure caves in Death Sewers, which had a local Boss monster that was a Defiler in the original version. But Now I have the collectors edition, and I'm seeing a really big difference betweeen the 2, not only am I not seeing more than 3 caves in 100 hours of playing, literally, but the "Burning prince" Statues are not on the walls of the Hell in pickadilly like the original. I liked the Statues, I miss them. Also, Shulgoth gives out different prizes, you don't get Named unique weapons anymore, well there is one single unique Templar gun, but The unique SNPR rifle, with special relic mode, "The Horizon" Gone, Unique XM55 20 mm Rifle, Gone, Unique rocket launcher, did I say GONE before? The only named items other than quest items is Rat Mokey Paw, from rare sumatran Rat monkey in Holborn Steam tunnels, and Sleestak Fuel, from Fellbore Named after Land of the Lost fame, in Upper Kingsway Sewers. Also, Crate configurations are different, more of them in groups, instead of singles along walls|||I Miss the "Burning prince" Emporer Gulgurt, Gate Keeper Statues in Hell, you see them after you see them first in the british museum, you see the statues in hell, and the hell gates, but for some reason, you cant see them at all in the Collectors edition. I miss those statues, even the white one that always marked where the gate was, all the rest were black
