When I look at my Markman in 3rd person view, he is continually emanating something, of a small radius (like 2 feet around him). It's like a pulsating effect.
What is it ? And what does it do ?

No, it's what Amarra said. It's a glitch with the Ricochet skill. Just ignore it, it doesn't hurt anything.
