Is patch 1.2 the latest single player patch?

1.2 was the final patch for single player.
The other differences between single player and multiplayer apart from the things you listed were smaller stash, no shared stash,no mailing system and no means of item trading in any way. The other big difference that I noticed was that you couldn't manipulate PRD's in single player mode which was frustrating.|||Quote:

What are PRD's?
Personal Recall Device.
Probably better known to most RPG players as "Scroll of Town Portal". The player uses PRD's to go back to Stations to trade, craft or store things in their personal stash etc. You then jump back in the PRD again to go back to the zone you were in. Recall portals are one way tickets back to a station.
In multiplayer it was possible to exploit coding bugs so that you didn't have to battle through repopulated zones repeatedly. I never used them for boss farming, but I did use them to get to previously completed quest zones quickly sometimes. Getting to Ploughyard without having to run through Finsbury Market was one that I always used in the early days of the game.
There is no known way of doing this in single player mode.
