cant come back to life!

[:1]well i start another char, a marksman after hitting lvl50 rank 13 with the guardian. but after installing patch 1.3 i cant come back to life, i got to run though number of levels to get back where i was. is this a problem with this new patch?|||It's a feature of playing Elite.|||Yeah if you made yours a elite character they cant. Good way around that though is to open a portal you can use to get back there if you die.
