I just came back to the game after a couple months away; been a subscriber since launch. I notice some items I had as subscriber before (transmogrifier box thingy, extra storage space, etc) are gone from the account.
Was this from an update or something or is something wrong w/ my account?
Some people tell me they where removed by FFS; others that subscriptions have been suspended for the moment...
I've searched for any posts on this on the Hellgate site and found no info.
btw, my credit card is still being billed for the subscription fees...any one have any info on this?|||Try going to www.hellgatelondon.com (or eu.hellgatelondon.com depnding on your server) and log on to check your subscription status.
Then give their support people a call or email.
