Logging out and back in will not get you out. You will not be able to Party Portal out. Please do not try to test this feature because you will be stuck.
* DO NOT PUT POINTS INTO SPIDER MINES:
This Engineer skill does NOTHING at this time, do not put points into it.
* A NOTICE ON WAKE HALLOW:
The party member who pays the essences can enter the cave area. Party members will have to Party Portal to the one who paid in order to enter the area.
Now, enjoy, have fun, and don't get too dismayed by any bugs you encounter. Remember: it's Test Center.

For those that don't want to open that Here is a summary:
-Skullsplitter rank one is 12 fragments and rate of use lowered to 3 seconds
-Swarm rate of use is permanantly every 10 seconds. Unknown what ranks do.
-Firestorm no longer gives ignite attack strength it now increases damage per level by 5%.
-Arcane shield Rate of use is now 40 seconds. 120 shields at level 7.
-Tempests range is now 12m and rate of use is 6 seconds
-Concentrate damage rank one is 21%
-Brom's curse is no longer a % of max HP, but is now a set number
