how to save the game

ive played for like few hour and exited the game cause it usually save itself now it doesn't anymore so i cant move forward in the game now so can someone help plz |||have you complete all the required quest?

yes i have finished the quests and it still didnt save|||Did you quit abnormally?

I think I had to force quit one time because it got stuck loading and it only saved half the data (I had none of the items I picked up, but still had my exp)
