Have I subscribed to the wrong server?

I finally got my wallet out, and bought a subscription, but I'm still not allowed through the StoneHenge gate. My subscription is good, and it's gone through.

I'm an EU player, so have I bought the wrong subscription? (I followed the link the game gave me, and I was never told to go anywhere else).

I take it I have to get in touch with Ping-0 and get it changed?

Bah. How much would it have taken to have this sorted out in advance, eh? I followed the links given to me by the game. That's a bit poor.It wouldn't have taken that much to have people who play on the Sydonai server sent to the EU section. (But I suppose this is a gap between FSS's game and Ping-0's account administration).

Anyhoo, my problem has been "escalated" to whatever department deals with this.

Let this be warning to those subscribing. Make sure you get the right server!

J|||Yikes.. thanks for the warning.|||Cool, I've just had the email telling me my account has been moved. That's less than 20 hours later, rather than the 3 days I was told it would take. Sweet! (That's great, as I'm now on the Test of Beauty in Elite Nightmare in the main game, which I can't get past.)
