In the official forums Scapes made a poll about bringing back the original voices from the beta(Holloway, Greorge, etc.) and from they way the votes are going it seems likely. So what do you guys think? Did you like the old voices better or not?|||Hmmm... well I wouldn't mind a "no shopkeeper voices" option.I'll accept variance as an alternative, though.|||I never saw anything wrong with the original voices in the beta that I can recall. Was a while ago now. Since they have alternatives if people hate them again, I don't see why they shouldn't be tried. It's not like the game is going to lose even more people because of some strange NPC voices. ;)|||Mythor - they had lots of innuendo and sexually themed jokes, particularly Holloway for male characters and any male NPCs for any female character, apparently.
Lots of people thought it was utterly ridiculous that *all* of the NPCs acted like that and thought it really didn't fit in with the tone of the game.|||I know why people complained about them, what I meant was that I didn't have a problem with them. :D|||Holloway swings both ways, hits on my female characters just as much as the men.
